Intelmado provides digital management implementation services for businesses in Argentina. Our services include:

Our services involve configuring third-party software tools. We do not develop or own these tools. Each third-party tool is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or policies of third-party tools.
Fees and Payment
Service fees will be specified in individual service agreements. Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be outlined in those agreements. Fees are typically based on the scope and complexity of implementation services provided.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty
We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from implemented systems.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelmado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the six months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelmado and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of service provision. This obligation continues after termination of services.
Termination

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
